PC:- Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we are of the view that this petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.7- Collector to dispose of the Petitioner's representations dated 7.11.2014 and 11.11.2014, copies of which are annexed at Exh.'A' collectively, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Needless to mention that the Respondent No.7-Collector shall dispose of the said representations independently on its own merit in accordance with law. The Respondent No.7-Collector also shall give opportunity of hearing to Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 8. All the points and contentions in this regard are kept open to agitate before the concerned authority.
