The petitioner is suspended in September 2022. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that even after 90 days of the suspension, no charge-sheet has been served upon the petitioner. The charge-sheet is served in the last week only. The review of the suspension has also not been conducted by the respondents.

The respondents shall conduct the review of the suspension within 1 (one) month from today. Depending upon the decision taken, the parties are at liberty to take further steps. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.
