The relief sought in the above Writ Petition is a direction against the Police to take protective steps insofar as one Deepika Singh Tavar, is concerned. It is the apprehension of the Petitioner that she may take some extreme steps as there is one sided love affair between her and the Petitioner.

The learned APP informs us that an N.C has already been registered which is annexed to the above Petition. 3.

An omnibus relief of the nature as sought by the Petitioner in our view cannot be granted. If the Petitioner has any apprehension on any particular day, he may thereafter approach the police and it is for the local Police to take appropriate steps.
