CORAM : A.A. SAYED, J.
DATE : 4 APRIL 2017 P.C.:
The Contempt Petition alleges breach of the order dated 17 July 2015. After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and on going through the Affidavit-in-Reply filed on behalf of the Respondents, I find that there is substantial compliance by the Respondents. It is also pointed out by the learned Counsel for the Respondents that the Respondent No. 2 had himself appeared before the Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax.
In these circumstances, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. In the event, the Petitioners have any further grievance, it would open for them to take up the matter with the concerned Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax in accordance with law. ( A.A. SAYED, J.) Sameer 1 of 1
