Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the a private complaint has been filed and that in the last week the learned Magistrate had taken steps in accordance with the procedure prescribed under section 202 of the Cr. P.C.. By this petition, the Petitioner prays for directions to the Police for registering FIR against the Respondents. In view of the statement made as above on behalf of the Petitioner and as the Petitioner has already resorted to an alternate remedy, this petition stands disposed of. All issues on merits are kept open.
