1] This is an application for modification and relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail by Order dated 22.11.2016. By the said Order, the applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant is further directed to attend the police station on Monday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called.. 2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is unable to provide one surety of Rs.50,000/- and therefore the said condition may be modified. In view thereof and the facts mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to provide one or more sureties in the like amount.

Dond appp.93-2017.sxw 3] As far as the condition to attend the police station is concerned, the learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the offence is registered on 10.9.2016 and till date the police have not submitted chargesheet. In view of the same, the condition to attend the Police station is hereby modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the police station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till submission of final report/charegesheet. 4] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
