By order dated 17th March, 2022, the Advocate representing the appellant was discharged from appearing in this appeal. Considering the fact that the appellant was in custody and sentence imposed by the trial trial Court was 7 years, learned APP was requested to take instructions whether the appellant has been released from prison after undergoing the sentence. 2.

Learned APP tendered report forwarded by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, which indicate that the appellant has been released on 4th May, 2021 after undergoing sentence. There is no request for pursuing this appeal. Hence, this appeal is disposed off as infructuous.
