This Civil Application is for bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No.2 on record. The Respondent No.2 expired on 10th June, 2015. By letter dated 8th December, 2015 the Applicant was intimated about the death of Respondent No.2. 2.

In this view of the matter the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The consequential amendments in the cause title of the Petition be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
