Having regard to the nature of the relief sought in the above Writ Petition, we are of the view that it would be appropriate if the Petitioner avails of the in house mechanism by way of approaching the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum constituted under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act 2003. It is therefore not necessary for us to entertain the above Writ Petition. If any such application is filed before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum would consider the same in accordance with law and expeditiously. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
