The relief sought in the Interim Application is to grant extension of time for a period of four months to conclude the hearing and pass final order in Vahivat Case No.17/2021. 2.

This Court by order dated 22nd December 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.8798 of 2021 directed Mamlatdar to fix a

39-ia-19097-2022 in wp-8798-2021.doc convenient date to hear the parties and make an endeavour to conclude the hearing of proceeding by 30th January 2022 and pass final order before 15th February 2022. The present Interim Application has been filed on 2nd February 2022. However, the final order, after giving hearing has been passed on 19th July 2022.
