Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both petitions states that the petitioners desire to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings including a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking a relief of reconstruction of their structures and other consequential reliefs.

Accordingly petitions are disposed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
