After taking into consideration the fact that, Petitioner always reported to Jail Authority late than the period prescribed for his furlough leave and predominantly the fact that, in the year 2010 he reported 2093 days late and was brought to the prison after his arrest, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition impugning Order dated 11th November, 2020 passed by the Competent Authority. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file fresh Application for furlough leave for the year 2022.

Leave and liberty granted.
