P.C. :- 1] Heard Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2] Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order impugned in this petition, by resort to the provisions in Section 105 of the CPC, after disposal of the suit, if and when any occasion arises for such challenge. He also requests that since the suit is of the year 1986 directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the suit.

Dinesh Sherla 22-cwp-1491-19 3] The request made by Mr. Bhosale is quite reasonable, therefore, leave is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty as aforesaid. This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

4] Further, learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 65 of 1986 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30th June 2020. All parties to cooperate with learned Trial Judge in the expeditious disposal of the suit.

5] All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
