DATE: 12th FEBRUARY, 2018 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that, though various FIRs have been lodged against Respondent No.3, the police machinery is not investigating them properly. 2] Mr. Salvi, learned APP, states that Special Investigation Team has already been formed and the said Team is inquiring into all the alleged illegalities committed by Respondent No.3. 3] In that view of the matter, we do not find that any case is made out for interference. Petition is rejected, taking on record the statement made by the learned APP.
