The application is moved by the learned counsel for the Applicants/original Plaintiffs for withdrawal of the original documents i.e. Ration cards (six) of the Applicants which they had filed at the time of trial of the suit.

The Applicants are allowed to withdraw their Ration cards subject to keeping the legible photocopies of the Ration cards on Vishal 1 / 2

prod-9-caf-767-2016.doc record which are certified by the Assistant Registrar of the First Appeal branch. The Assistant Registrar to return these Ration cards to the Applicants on undertaking that it would be produced at the time of hearing of the Appeal or as and when asked by the Court. 3.
