Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Appeal which was filed by the petitioner against deletion of

rpa 2/2 wp-1416-17.doc her name from the voters list has been allowed by the Collector, Thane. If that is so, respondent nos.3 and 4 shall take appropriate steps to include the petitioner's name in the voters list and to allow her to participate in the entire election process. The same be done forthwith.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
