DATED : 29th NOVEMBER, 2021 P.C:- The applicant was admitted to protection under order dated 30th October 2021. He was directed to report to the police station on every Tuesday and Friday between 10 am to 2.00 p.m for a period of two weeks.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer Mr. Bhandare who is present in the Court, make a statement that the applicant has reported to the police station as directed and the investigation is in progress. A statement is however, made that the custodial interrogation is not warranted and the investigation can further progress if the direction Tilak

In light of the aforesaid statement, the order dated 30th October 2021, is made absolute subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall again report to the police station on two consecutive Tuesday and Friday between 10.00 am to 2.00 p.m and thereafter as and when called for.

Subject to the compliance of the above, the order dated 30/10/2021 is made absolute.
