Heard Mr.Lalwani - the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Patil - the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2.
The applicants have filed application under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for sending their application to the police for registration of offence against the persons mentioned in the said application. The application was submitted on 27th January, 2015 and was adjourned to 27th February, 2015.

In fact, in a case of this nature, the application could have been decided within a period of one week. Hence, it is directed that the application fled by the applicant shall be heard on 17th February, 2015. 4.
The learned Magistrate shall act on authenticated copy of this order.
