The above Criminal Application was heard yesterday, when after arguing for sometime, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant Shri Ganesh Sovani sought time to take instructions as regards withdrawal of the above Criminal Application to pursue the statutory remedy under the Criminal Procedure Code. Today the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant Shri Ganesh Sovani states that the Applicant desires to withdraw the above Criminal Application to pursue the statutory remedy by way of an application for discharge under the Criminal Procedure Code. The above Criminal Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
