In view of no objection raised, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application, which reads thus : "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 452 of 2019 filed by Respondent and pending on file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara to the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shivajinagar, Pune in the interest of justice." 2.

As the Non-Applicant is serving in B.S.F., disposal of the proceedings is expedited.
