The Petitioner has made a grievance that the RespondentAuthorities are interfering with the Petitioner's possession of land bearing Gat No.289 situated at village Dahiwadi, taluka Shirur, district Pune. Affidavit in reply is filed by one Arti Balasaheb Bhosale, the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) No. 17, Pune wherein the deputy collector has asserted on oath that Petitioner's land bearing Gat No.289 was excluded from the acquisition and the award is not declared. It is also stated that till date, the Petitioner's land has not been acquired by the Respondents. taken in respect of the Petitioner's land, the same will have to be taken after following the due procedure as per law. 3.
