Heard learned Advocate Mr.Marwadi for the petitioners and learned Advocate Mr.Satyavrat Joshi for respondent No.1. Learned Advocate Mr.Satyavrat Joshi undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a period of eight days. Registry to accept the same.

The impugned order can be challenged before the Sessions Court under Section 397 of Cr.P.C.. Therefore, I am not 1 / 2

The petitioner is at liberty to move the Sessions Court under Section 397 of Cr.P.C. The delay, if any, caused due to pendency of present Writ Petition shall be condoned. All other issues which can be taken up before the Revisional Court are kept open. The learned Magistrate shall not take any coercive steps including execution of non-bailable warrant against the petitioners for a period of two weeks from today. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
