We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

It is submitted that the post-mortem of the deceased was not conducted. Even wrong RTO number of the vehicle was mentioned. The investigation is not conducted in proper manner.

The learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is also filed before the Court. The inquiry is initiated against the erring officers.

In the present PIL petition accused is not before us nor the doctors against whom allegations are sought to be made are before us.

The charge-sheet is already filed. The charge-sheet would depict the investigations carried out. Based on the charge-sheet and investigations, the Magistrate can pass further orders in the matter.

In light of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present PIL petition.
