This application is made by the wife for stay of the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 27.12.2013 passed by the Family Court, Pune in P.A.No.28/2013 allowing the Respondent - husband's Application for divorce under section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of subsequent development that the Respondent husband got married on 31.03.2014, nothing survives in the Civil Application.

Hence, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.

Liberty granted to the Applicant wife to take out appropriate proceedings for maintenance.
