After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the District Mining Officer, Sindhudurga before the competent authority by filing appeal/revision.

With the aforesaid liberty, petition is allowed to be withdrawn. In case such appeal/revision is filed, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid liberty and directions, petition is disposed of.
