Upon production, taken on board. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as against the impugned order dated 28 January 2015, the petitioner has preferred revision before the respondent no. 3 on 2 February 2015. There was hearing on 4 February 2015, on which date, the petitioner made submissions with regard to grant of interim relief. No order has been passed on the motion for interim relief. However, the matter has been posted for final hearing on 10 February 2015. 3] The learned counsel submits that this Court should in the meanwhile grant interim relief. It is not possible to accede to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/2

skc p8-wp-1283-15 4] The respondent no. 3 is seized of the matter. Hearing was granted within two days from the date of lodging of the revision petition. The next date is also fixed for 10 February 2015, which is quite early.

5] In these circumstances, there is no question of grant of interim relief. However, since the petitioner's business is affected, it is requested that upon conclusion of hearing on 10 February 2015, the respondent no. 3 may finally dispose of the revision petition within a period of two weeks thereafter.

6] With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is dismissed.
