In this order, it is wrongly mentioned, "4 weeks time (excluding Summer Vacation) is granted for removing office objections, failing which registration of First Appeal shall stand refused without further reference to the Court", instead of mentioning "4 weeks time is granted to deposit Paper Book charges in the Lower Court, failing which Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court".

Accordingly, the order stands corrected.
