The grievance of the petitioner is that his Revision Application No. 5482 of 2014 is pending before the first respondent since 2014 but till date neither notices have been issued nor there is any progress in the matter. Learned AGP submits that the revision shall be considered and appropriate decision would be taken on it as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the pending revision as expeditiously as possible but not latter than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ Petition is disposed of.
