The learned Counsel for Applicants on instruction volunteers to deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- by each of the Applicants, as against the allegation of damage made against them. Let the amount be deposited with the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today. Since the statement is made on instructions same is accepted. 2.
Considered allegations in the First Information Report for an offence punishable under sections 353, 430, 427 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the aforesaid statement and an assurance on the part of the Applicants that they shall not indulge into similar type of offence, in my opinion, custodial interrogation is not warranted. In view thereof, both the Applicants deserve to be granted pre-arrest bail. Hence the following order.
O R D E R
(A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 660 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 353, 430, 427 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicants be released on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. (B) The Applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency and shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence. (C) If the amount as undertaken is not deposited, the protection granted to the Applicants shall cease to operate without further reference to the Court.
