Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file appeals before the Deputy Director of Education challenging the order passed the Management - Respondent No. 1 imposing minor penalty on the respective Petitioners. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petitions are allowed to be 2 / 3
withdrawn and are disposed of as such.

In the event the Petitioners file appeals, those shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of 4 months of filing thereof.
