Learned Counsel Mr.Samay Pawar on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, he seeks direction of this Court to the trial court to expedite the trial.

This Court by its order dated 26th June 2019 in bail application no.636 of 2019 has already directed the trial court to expedite the trial, since the accused in the said bail application no.636 of 2019 has been in custody from 3rd August 2016. Once there has been direction to expedite the trial, it is needless to pass the same order again. 4.

In that view of the matter, the application stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to move afresh if, the trial is not expedited.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Sessions Court at Pune forthwith.
