Learned counsel for the petitioner tendered a death certificate of the petitioner Gulshan Rai, which shows that he died on 19 October 2021. She also tendered a copy of the Roznama of the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 64 Court, Mumbai, to contend that the case bearing No.SS/3700863/2012 is already disposed of. The said documents are taken on record and marked as 'X' and 'Y', respectively, for identification. The petitioner was the original accused before the trial Court.

In view of this, nothing survives in the petition. The petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
