Heard. The main grievance of the petitioner is that despite order dated 03rd February 2012 passed by J.M.F.C., Pune under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in his case being Criminal Case No.0400409 of 2012 the concerned Police Station has not registered FIR.

Mr.Shaikh learned APP on instructions stated that said order under section 156(3) was challenged by Magma Fincorp Ltd the accused therein by filing Criminal Revision N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

17-wp-485-2015 Application No.150 of 2012 before Additional Sessions Judge, Pune and by the order dated 11th June 2015 this revision was allowed and order passed by the Magistrate under section 156(3) was set-aside. In support of his submission he placed on record the copy of the said order.
