By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 15th February 2017 passed by the learned trial Judge rejecting the application filed by the petitioners for impounding the documents on various reasons. 2.

Learned trial Judge has rejected the said application on the ground that the petitioners have not filed any document about RTI to show their communications and correspondence with RTI department as contended. I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order dated 15th February 2017 passed by the learned trial Judge. The issues whether the document is properly stamped or not and whether the stamp papers allegedly purchased by the original plaintiff were authentic or not shall

ppn 2 4.wp-2038.18.doc be decided by the learned trial Judge at the stage of trial. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
