DATE: 14th September, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has filed the present Petition being aggrieved by the order dated 17/01/2014 passed by the then Hon'ble Chief Minister in his capacity as Minister for Urban Development, granting stay to the order of demolition passed by Respondent - Corporation. 2] Though lengthy prayers are to be found in the Petition, the main grievance of the Petitioner appears to be with regard to the 1/2

964-WP-1413.17 unauthorized construction made by original Respondent No.3. An affidavit is filed by Mr. Laxman Hanmanta Chalawadi, City Engineer of the Respondent - Corporation, stating therein that the Corporation has demolished 95% of the unauthorized structure on 01/09/2017 and remaining unauthorized structure has been demolished after the order was passed by this Court on 07/09/2017, after taking the technical precaution. The photographs in that regard are also placed on record. 3] We therefore find that the purpose of the Petition stands served and the same is disposed of as such.
