Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the dispute has been settled and both the sides have agreed to withdraw the proceedings. In this application the applicant has challenged the order of process under Section 500 of Indian Penal Code issued in the complaint filed by respondent No.1, who is the wife of the complainant. It is submitted that in view of settlement, the application may be allowed to be withdrawn.
