Heard, learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the Application. 2.

This is an Application by custodian of the Petitioner - Maratha Market People'

s Co-operative Bank Limited (in Liquidation) for permitting the Applicant / custodian to be substituted in the place of Liquidator in the above Revision Application and for carrying out necessary amendment. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant invited this Court's attention to the order dated 28/06/2021 annexed to the Application, under which the present Applicant is appointed as custodian of the Petitioner Bank. It appears that till now, the revision was being prosecuted by the liquidator on behalf of akn 1/2

2/2 8.IA.229.2024.doc the Petitioner Bank. Since the Applicant is appointed as custodian by the order passed under the statutory provisions, it is necessary to permit the substitution.
