Heard. This application is preferred by the acquiring body for stay of operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 08/08/2012 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.38/2003.

In the present Civil Application, this court passed order on 03/04/2014 directing the Applicant to deposit the entire decretal amount in the Reference Court.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 original claimant makes a statement that the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

972.14-caf Applicant has deposited the entire decretal amount before passing an order by this court on 03/04/2014 and they have withdrawn the said amount.

In view of these facts, nothing survives in the present Civil Application. Same stands dismissed as infructuous.
