This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 18 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment dated 07.11.2015 passed the City Civil Court, Mumbai.

Though, the learned counsel for the respondents take objection to condone the delay, for the reasons stated in paragraph No. 2(e) of the application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation 1/2

(14) CAF 738-16 of delay of 18 days, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) in the interest of justice.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.
