Learned APP on instructions from Senior Jailor (Judicial), Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner has been granted bail in Sessions Case Nos.802 of 2014 and 803 of 2014 by the Trial Court and released from jail on 13th February, 2021. 2.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner mentioned in the Petition as of today, does not survive. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
