P.C.:- 1) Present Petition is for heabus corpus of Master Aaryan i.e. the son of Petitioner and Respondent No.1.

2) It is an admitted fact on record that, under the Orders of this Court, the Petitioner has availed visitation rights of his son. The Petitioner 1/2

ssm 2 7-wp97.21gp.doc is well aware of the whereabouts of his son and the Petitioner lastly met his son on Wednesday i.e. on 13th December, 2022 between 4 to 6 p.m. Record further indicates that, the Respondent has already approached Family Court at Thane for seeking various reliefs made therein. 3) In view of the above, the Petition for heabus corpus of Master Aaryan does not further survive and is accordingly disposed off. 4) In view of disposal of Writ Petition itself, Interim Application Nos.181 of 2021, 427 of 2021 and 428 of 2021 do not survive and are also disposed off.
