Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, as a matter of fact, after completion of the investigation of the present crime, the police have submitted chargesheet before the Trial Court. That, the Petitioner has already filed an application for discharge in the said crime and the same is pending for adjudication. In view thereof, on instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to pursue his application for discharge before the Trial Court.
