The application is taken out by the Applicant for intervention in the appeal. Learned counsel for the Applicant tenders his reply. Since the chamber summons is filed by the Applicant in the suit is allowed and the Applicant is made a party defendant in the suit, the application for intervention deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the civil Application No.302 of 2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
