This Interim Application is filed to vacate the interim relief/stay granted by this Court on 18th November, 2016. The Original Applicant by his affidavit in reply dated 9 August, 2021 submitted that he is a unskilled labourer and having his family along with mentally retarded son, aged about 30 years. He further states that he has deposited all the arrears of rent in the District Court to December, 2023.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this Application and the same is dismissed, as infructuous. Amol D. Nawale

Since the applicant has specifically stated that he will be regularly depositing the rent in the Lower Court per month. The statement made through Advocate for the Applicant is accepted. 4.
