4. Substantive sentence of the applicant was suspended subject to deposit of the aforesaid amount. It appears that the applicant has already breached the condition and, therefore, the respondent No.1-complainant is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.

Even today, none appears for the applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the Revision Application and hence, stands dismissed.
