Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petition is filed in this Court for quashment of the first information report bearing CR No. 0011 dated 21st January, 2021 lodged at Trimbakeshwar Police Station dist. Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 306 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The Counsel for Petitioners further submits that during the pendency of the Petition the investigating agency completed the exercise of investigation and filed the charge-sheet as such, the Petitioners are desirous to file an application for seeking discharge before the Umesh Malani

10.WP.478.2021.doc competent Court of jurisdiction. Learned Counsel for Petitioners, on these instructions, prayed for withdrawal of the Petition and further prayed for continuation of interim order passed by this Court for reasonable period so that the Petitioners would be in a position to take appropriate steps.

Hence, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Interim order granted by this Court is extended for further period of two weeks only i.e. till 25th February, 2022.

Needless to state that after expiry of stipulation period, the interim order stands vacated automatically.
