The prayer is very limited to the extent that the hearing of Criminal Case No. 872/PS/2014 may be expedited. Petitioner is original complainant in the said police case. He is senior citizen. His prayer for expeditious hearing is reasonable. The prayer is therefore, granted. Hearing of Case No.872/PS/2014 be expedited and the same shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Magistrate. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. (JUDGE)
