This petition challenges an interim order passed in the complaint filed by the respondent. By the interim order, the petitioners are directed not to recruit new employees, including contract employees, on the work performed by the employees involved in the complaint during the strike.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that in view of subsequent developments, he is not pressing the relief granted by the Industrial Court in its favour. In view of this statement, which is accepted, nothing survives in this Petition for adjudication. All observations made by the Industrial Court in the impugned order 1/3
wsw 2 shall be treated as prima facie and will be considered on merits at the time of hearing of the complaint.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Another complaint and industrial dispute which is stated to have been filed by the respondent and which is pending shall be decided on its own merits.
