The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Family Court Appeal. The above Family Court Appeal is of the year 2015 and is filed against the decree of divorce granted to the original Respondent. In our view it would be just and proper to fix the above Family Court Appeal for hearing after the Summer Vacation of the year 2018. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The above Family Court Appeal to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing on 2-7-2018. Private paper book to be filed latest by 15-6-2018. If the private paper book is not filed by the Applicant/original Respondent, the benefit of this order would not enure to the Applicant/original Respondent. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
