Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The order dated 20.02.2020 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) records the preliminary objection raised by the Respondents' counsel with respect to maintainability of the aforesaid Petition. In view of the preliminary objection, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Petition, as the Petitioner has now filed a Civil Revision Application, challenging the very same order.

In view of the aforesaid, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear, that this Petition has not been heard on merits.

Learned counsel for the Respondents states that he will not proceed with the execution proceedings till 24.03.2020. Statement accepted.
